We have two exciting new additions to our class schedule, both of which are effective immediately (that means now!):
Expanded Open Gym Hours
Wednesdays are now chock-full of Open Gym fun! We’ll have Open Gym every Wednesday from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m., 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. So no matter when you usually come to work out, you now have an Open Gym time that will give you the opportunity to come in and make up a WOD or work on some skill on Wednesdays!
Lunchtime Express Class
In addition to our normal 12 p.m. class, we now offer a “Lunchtime Express” class that lasts for 30 minutes, from 12:15 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. This class is designed so that those of you who have an hour-long lunch have time to come in and get a quick WOD before heading back to work. The class will consist of a quick warm-up and WOD to get you in and out on time.
These additions should help all Manatees get their WOD on in a time and manner that fits with your schedule, no matter what that schedule may be. So no more excuses — get your butt into the gym!

3 power cleans (135/95)

Rest 3 min, then…
For Time:
